Ingredients: Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Baking Soda, Psyllium Husk Fiber

To replace one whole egg:
  • 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer
  • 2 Tbsp Water


To replace one egg white:

  • 1-1/2 tsp Egg Replacer
  • 2 Tbsp Water


To replace one egg yolk:

  • 1-1/2 tsp Egg Replacer
  • 1 Tbsp Water


Instructions: Combine egg replacer and water. Mix well and let sit for 1 minute to thicken. Add to recipe as you would traditional eggs.
