Apricots - Dried Turkish Sulphured

The flavor of Turkish Apricots has been called mild and subtle, compared to the tangy and intense flavor of Turkish Apricots.

Turkish Apricots have a significant nutritional difference from California Apricots, for example they contain more calcium but less beta carotene.

Turkish Apricots are low in calories and fat, but high in carbohydrates and fiber. They also contain 6% (if you follow a 2,000 calorie diet) of the RDA in iron, 4% of the RDA in calcium, and 2% each of Vitamins A & C.
